About Me!

Hello friends and welcome to my world. Let me tell you a bit about myself and what you can expect from me, my site and my products. I’m a husband and a father,  my most important jobs in life. I’m also  a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Kettlebell Instructor. I’ve spent a good portion of the last 20-25 years researching nutrition and exercise.  I’m a free thinker and am always searching for the truth when it comes to nutrition and exercise. I probably have more enemies than friends in the fitness and nutrition circle due to my outside the box concepts and radical ideas. Problem is…..my stuff works, and it threatens other experts in the industry. Truth is…I rarely agree with what the industry suggests as respects to exercise and nutrition. So yeah, I’m not the most popular among my peers. I really don’t care. I’m in this field to help people, not mislead them. Your time is just as valuable as anybody else’s right?


Being a father and husband, I want to spend as much time with my family and friends as possible. I don’t want to be a slave to exercise and have to watch everything I eat.

I’ve spent so many years watching people spend countless hours in gyms when they could have spent that time with their family.

I’ve seen so many people wasting their time on ridiculous diets.

Hey….odds are if you’re over 35, you have a full time job, you may be married and perhaps have children. Who has time to spend an hour a day working out? Not me…and I bet most people don’t either. But, hey..we’ve always been told that we need to workout long periods of time to see results and keep fit.

I’m here to tell you….NO YOU DO NOT!!

I’ve developed my programs for people who work full time jobs, are busy with real life issues, have kids and don’t want to be a slave to exercise. If this sounds like you, then stay with me !

As a matter of fact, I strength train no more than 15 minutes per day, 2 days per week, along with daily walks and a few minutes of light exercise.  I enjoy my beer (in fact I recently got into home brewing, but that’s another story!) and have no plans on giving it up! I also enjoy my pizza on Friday nights! Yet, somehow I remain in great shape   while ENJOYING my life!  Isn’t that hat it’s all about…Enjoying life!

I’m not going to lie to you and tell you I’m going to get you into “Supermodel” shape. If that’s your goal, that’s fine, you’re just not in the right place. However I WILL promise you that you can achieve a beautiful body that will turn heads. Best of all, I’ll teach you how to do it with minimal exercise and some modifications to your diet!

I do it….and so can you! I’m living proof that what I do actually WORKS!
