Well, I’ve settled in to my personal belief and feeling of what is the optimal amount of time to exercise. Personally, I feel 15 minutes (or sometimes less), per day (or most days), is all that is really required to get fit provided the workout is properly constructed. I’ve tried the 4 minute workouts, the 10 minute workouts, the 20 and 30 minute workouts. Oh and yes, I’ve also spent many years doing the 45 minute and 1.5 hour workouts. None of them provided me with the results I was looking for. However, 15 minutes of a well constructed workout gets the job done very nicely.

There comes a point in time where you just need to do what really works and just stick with it. I’ve been playing around with the 15 minute workout philosophy for quite some time now, and I can honestly say one thing about it….I find it to be the perfect amount of time for exercise and it’s my concept. I did not just go with the masses and follow someone else’s program. No, I developed the 15 minute workout program so I can get my entire body fit in the shortest amount of time possible while still reaping the benefits of fat loss, lean muscle growth and cardio health. Then, I’m free to spend the rest of my day actually living my life and enjoying family and friends.

Well, mission accomplished. I can honestly say that my workouts are full body blasts that will leave you begging for mercy. However, they can be performed by anyone and you progress at your own pace!

OK…let’s be honest, anyone can come out and say “hey..workout for 15 minutes”.  Here’s the key…it’s not so much the amount of time as it is what you are doing and how you do it in those 15 minutes!  That’s what makes my program so incredible and allows you to shred fat, and get toned in record time. Quite frankly, you wouldn’t want to do these workouts for more than 15 minutes! Stay tuned for some incredible 15 minute workouts coming to the site soon!
